Description
Macpod O 200 Tablet is a combination antibiotic containing Cefpodoxime Proxetil, a third-generation cephalosporin, and Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic.

Cefpodoxime Proxetil works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.

Ofloxacin works by inhibiting bacterial DNA replication, enhancing the overall antibacterial effect.
This combination is used for mixed bacterial infections or infections resistant to single antibiotics.

How to Use

Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Swallow the tablet whole with water.

Usually 1 tablet every 12–24 hours, depending on infection severity.

Complete the full prescribed course, even if symptoms improve.
Side Effects
