Description
Macsart H Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure when a single medicine is not enough. Telmisartan relaxes and widens blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide increases urine output to remove excess salt and water. Together, they effectively lower BP, protect the heart, kidneys, and reduce the risk of stroke and heart attack.
Uses:

High blood pressure (moderate to severe)

Reduces risk of stroke & heart attack

Prevents kidney damage in hypertensive/diabetic patients

Helps remove excess fluid from the body
Dosage:

Typically one tablet once daily, as advised by your doctor

Do not skip doses; take regularly for best BP control

How to Use:

Swallow tablet whole with water

Can be taken with or without food

Do not stop suddenly unless advised
Precautions:

Avoid alcohol (may increase dizziness & low BP)

Inform doctor if you have kidney/liver disease, dehydration, or gout
