Megabrom Eye Drop

Description

Uses:
Megabrom Eye Drop is used to relieve inflammation and pain in the eyes, often prescribed after cataract surgery or for conditions causing ocular inflammation. Bromfenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces swelling, redness, and discomfort in the eyes.

Dosage:
The dosage is usually prescribed by the ophthalmologist. Typically, one drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily or as directed.

How to Use:

• Wash hands thoroughly before use.

• Tilt the head back, gently pull down the lower eyelid, and instill the prescribed number of drops.

• Close the eye and press gently on the inner corner for 1–2 minutes to prevent drainage.

• Avoid touching the tip of the dropper to the eye or any surface to prevent contamination.

Precautions:

• Do not use if you are allergic to Bromfenac or other NSAIDs.

• Avoid wearing contact lenses while using this eye drop unless specifically advised.

• Inform your doctor if you have eye infections or a history of eye surgery.

• Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only if recommended by a doctor.

Side Effects:

• Common: Mild burning, stinging, or eye discomfort

• Less common: Redness, watery eyes, blurred vision

• Rare: Severe allergic reactions, eye irritation, corneal problems

Storage:

• Store at room temperature, below 25°C.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed and protected from light.

• Keep out of reach of children.
