Dosage

Usually 1 tablet twice daily, as prescribed

Swallow whole with water

Maintain equal time gaps between doses

Do not skip or double dose
Precautions

Avoid if allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins

Inform doctor if: kidney disease, liver disease, mononucleosis

Drug interactions: allopurinol, warfarin, methotrexate, probenecid
