How It Works:

Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels to lower BP.

Metoprolol Succinate (a beta-blocker) slows heart rate and reduces workload on the heart.

Dosage:

Take exactly as advised by your doctor.

Usually taken once daily.

Swallow whole; PR (prolonged-release) tablets must not be crushed or broken.
How to Use:

Take with water at the same time every day.

Can be taken with or without food.
Precautions:

Inform your doctor if you have asthma, heart block, diabetes, kidney or liver issues.

Avoid alcohol as it may increase dizziness or cause excessive drop in BP.

Not recommended during pregnancy.

Monitor heart rate and blood pressure regularly.
