Description

Nodard Plus Tablet is a combination analgesic and antipyretic medicine from Cipla Ltd. It contains Nimesulide (100mg), a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and Paracetamol (325mg), a well-known pain reliever and fever reducer. This dual-action formulation provides faster and longer-lasting relief from pain, inflammation, and fever compared to single-agent therapy. Nimesulide works by reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and swelling, while Paracetamol helps control fever and enhances pain relief.

Uses

Nodard Plus Tablet is prescribed for:

• Relief from headache, toothache, back pain, muscle pain

• Joint pain and stiffness in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis

• Menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea)

• Pain and fever associated with cold, flu, and infections

• Post-surgical or post-injury pain management

Dosage

• Usual dose: 1 tablet twice daily after meals or as directed by a doctor.

• Always swallow whole with water, preferably after food.

• Avoid long-term use due to possible liver and gastrointestinal risks.
