OCid 10mg Tablet is an acid-reducing medicine that belongs to the class of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It helps reduce excess acid production in the stomach, providing relief from heartburn, acid reflux, gastritis, and stomach ulcers. It works by blocking the acid-producing enzymes in the stomach lining, allowing ulcers to heal and preventing further irritation.

Uses:

• Treatment of acid reflux and heartburn

• Management of stomach and intestinal ulcers

• Relief from gastritis and indigestion

• Prevention of acid-related damage in the stomach caused by painkillers (NSAIDs)

Dosage:
Take OCid 10mg Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. It is usually taken once daily before meals, preferably in the morning. Do not chew or crush the tablet. Continue the treatment for the prescribed duration for best results.

How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water, ideally 30–60 minutes before a meal. Regular use helps maintain consistent acid control.

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, or osteoporosis.

• Avoid long-term use without medical supervision as it may cause calcium or magnesium deficiency.

Side Effects:
