Uses:
Olkem 40 CT Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly in patients who require more than one medicine for adequate control. Proper blood pressure management reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.

Chlorthalidone (long-acting diuretic) removes excess salt and water from the body, lowering blood volume and pressure.
Together, they provide effective and sustained blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Morning intake helps prevent frequent urination at night.
