Olkem 40H Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly when blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with a single medicine. Proper control helps prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, lowering blood pressure.

Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) removes excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume and pressure.
Together, they provide stronger and sustained blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Morning intake helps prevent frequent urination at night.
