Uses:
Olkem Trio 12.5 Tablet is prescribed for hypertension (high blood pressure), particularly in patients who require three medicines for effective control. Proper management of blood pressure helps prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.

How it Works:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II, lowering blood pressure.

• Cilnidipine (calcium channel blocker) widens blood vessels, reducing vascular resistance and improving blood flow.

• Chlorthalidone (diuretic) removes excess salt and water from the body, lowering blood volume and pressure.
  Together, they provide strong and long-lasting blood pressure control.

Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.

How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Morning intake helps avoid nighttime urination.

Precautions:

• Avoid use during pregnancy

• Use cautiously in patients with kidney or liver disease, gout, or electrolyte imbalance

• Maintain adequate hydration
