Olmetime-AMH 20 Tablet is used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who require more than one medicine for effective control. Proper blood pressure management reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.

Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) widens blood vessels by reducing calcium entry into vessel walls.

Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) removes excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume.
Together, these three medicines provide strong and long-lasting blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Morning intake helps prevent nighttime urination.
