Olmetime-AMH 40 Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who need three medicines for proper control. Maintaining normal blood pressure helps prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil (ARB) relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.

Amlodipine (calcium channel blocker) widens blood vessels by reducing calcium entry into vessel walls.

Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic) removes excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume.
Together, these medicines provide strong, sustained blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Morning intake helps avoid frequent urination at night.
