Olmetime-H 20 Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when a single medicine is not enough. Proper control of blood pressure helps prevent heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.

Hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic (water pill) that removes excess salt and water from the body, reducing blood volume and blood pressure.
Together, they provide more effective blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily, preferably in the morning.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food. Taking it in the morning helps avoid frequent urination at night.
