About Olmetrack AM Tablet:
Olmetrack AM Tablet combines Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), with Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker, to provide effective blood pressure control. This dual-action therapy is particularly useful in patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with a single agent.

How It Works:

• Olmesartan Medoxomil: Blocks angiotensin II receptors, causing relaxation of blood vessels and lowering blood pressure.

• Amlodipine: Inhibits calcium entry into vascular smooth muscles, resulting in dilated arteries and reduced vascular resistance.
