Pioz MF G2 Tablet SR combines Glimepiride, a sulfonylurea that stimulates insulin secretion, Metformin, a biguanide that decreases hepatic glucose production, and Pioglitazone, a thiazolidinedione that improves insulin sensitivity. This triple therapy targets different mechanisms of blood sugar control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who require enhanced glycemic management.
