Description
Repace H Tablet contains Losartan (50mg) and Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg), a combination used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Losartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide is a thiazide diuretic that helps reduce excess water and salt in the body.
