Description
Ropark 0.5 Tablet contains Ropinirole (0.5mg), a dopamine agonist that helps in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease and Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). It works by activating dopamine receptors in the brain, which improves control over body movements and reduces the symptoms caused by dopamine deficiency.
In Parkinson’s disease, it helps relieve tremors, stiffness, slow movement, and balance problems. In Restless Legs Syndrome, it helps decrease discomfort in the legs and the urge to move them, especially during rest or nighttime.
This medicine can be used alone or along with other medications such as levodopa. The 0.5mg dose is generally used after starting therapy with a lower dose, once the patient’s tolerance has been established.
