Description

SizoDON LS Tablet is a combination antipsychotic medication used to treat schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and to manage movement side effects caused by antipsychotic therapy. Risperidone helps balance neurotransmitters in the brain to improve mood, behavior, and thinking, while Trihexyphenidyl reduces involuntary muscle movements (extrapyramidal symptoms).

Uses:

• Treats schizophrenia

• Manages manic or mixed episodes in bipolar disorder

• Reduces movement side effects caused by antipsychotic treatment

Dosage & How to Use:

• Usually taken once or twice daily, as prescribed by a doctor

• Swallow whole with water; can be taken with or without food

• Do not crush or chew

Precautions:

• Inform your doctor if you have heart, liver, or kidney problems

• Avoid alcohol while taking this medicine

• May cause drowsiness; avoid driving or operating machinery

• Monitor for any unusual muscle stiffness or tremors

Side Effects:

• Drowsiness, dizziness, or headache
