Description

Telma-LN 40 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Telmisartan (40mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels, and Cilnidipine (10mg), a calcium channel blocker that improves blood flow and reduces blood pressure.
