Controls moderate to severe high blood pressure

Prevents stroke, heart attack, and heart failure

Reduces water retention (edema)

Protects kidneys, especially in diabetic or hypertensive patients

Recommended when lower doses are insufficient
Dosage & How to Use

Standard dose: 1 tablet once daily
-
Preferably taken in the morning (due to increased urination)
-
Can be taken with or without food
-
Do not skip or stop without doctor’s advice

Maintain proper hydration unless told otherwise
How Telmikind-H 80 Works
Telmisartan (80mg):
-
Blocks angiotensin-II receptors
-
Relaxes and widens blood vessels
-
Decreases strain on the heart and improves blood flow
Hydrochlorothiazide (12.5mg):
-
Increases urine production
-
Removes excess salt and water
-
Lowers blood volume → reduces blood pressure

Helps reduce swelling/edema
Precautions

Avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Inform doctor if you have:

Kidney or liver disease

Electrolyte imbalance

Severe dehydration
