Main use: Effective control of high blood pressure (hypertension)

Cilnidipine: Relaxes blood vessels & reduces BP

Metoprolol Succinate: Slows heart rate and reduces heart workload

Telmisartan: Widens blood vessels and improves BP control

Helps reduce risk of heart attack, stroke, and heart failure
Dosage

Usually 1 tablet once daily, as prescribed

ER (Extended Release): Swallow whole; do not crush or chew

Take consistently at the same time every day
How to Use

Can be taken with or without food

Do not stop medicine suddenly

Monitor BP & heart rate regularly

Continue even if you feel fine
Precautions

Not recommended in pregnancy
-
Use cautiously in asthma/COPD, diabetes, thyroid problems, kidney or liver disorders
-
Avoid sudden discontinuation due to metoprolol

Inform doctor if taking: antidepressants, other BP medicines, NSAIDs (ibuprofen), digoxin, asthma medications

Cilnidipine may cause mild swelling in legs

Less common:

Shortness of breath

Sleep disturbances

Muscle cramps

Electrolyte imbalance (rare)
Seek immediate medical help if you experience severe dizziness, fainting, or breathing difficulty.
