Description

TELSite 20mg Tablet is a prescription medicine manufactured by Sanofi India Ltd. It contains Telmisartan (20mg), an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). By relaxing blood vessels, Telmisartan helps lower blood pressure, improving blood flow and reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney complications.
