Description
Tiova Inhaler 200 MDI contains Tiotropium, a long-acting anticholinergic bronchodilator used to manage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and chronic bronchitis. It works by relaxing the muscles around the airways, allowing them to open up and making it easier to breathe. Tiova provides long-term control and helps prevent symptoms like wheezing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath, but it is not meant for sudden asthma attacks.

How to Use:
Use the inhaler exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Shake the inhaler before use, exhale fully, place the mouthpiece in your mouth, and press the canister while inhaling deeply. Hold your breath for a few seconds before exhaling slowly. Rinse your mouth after each use to avoid throat irritation.
Dosage:
The usual recommended dose is 1 inhalation (9mcg) once daily, preferably at the same time each day. Do not exceed the prescribed dose or use it for sudden breathing problems.
Precautions:
Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma, prostate enlargement, bladder obstruction, kidney problems, or allergies to Tiotropium or related drugs. Avoid contact with eyes as it may cause irritation. Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding only under medical supervision.
Side Effects:
Common side effects include dry mouth, sore throat, cough, constipation, dizziness, blurred vision, and nose irritation. In rare cases, it may cause urinary retention or palpitations. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience severe breathing difficulty or allergic reaction.
