Dazolic 500mg Tablet contains Ornidazole (500mg), an antibacterial and antiprotozoal medicine. It is used to treat infections caused by anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. Ornidazole works by inhibiting the growth and replication of these microorganisms, helping the body fight infection.
Uses:

Treatment of intestinal and extra-intestinal protozoal infections (e.g., amoebiasis, giardiasis)

Treatment of bacterial vaginosis

Anaerobic bacterial infections of the stomach, intestines, and genitourinary tract

Dental infections and periodontitis (as advised by doctor)
Dosage:

Take exactly as prescribed by the doctor.

Usually taken once or twice daily with food to reduce stomach irritation.

Complete the full course even if symptoms improve early.
