Dulane M 20 Capsule DR is a combination medicine containing Duloxetine (20mg), a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI), and Methylcobalamin (1.5mg), a form of Vitamin B12. The delayed-release (DR) formulation ensures gradual absorption for consistent therapeutic effects. It is used to treat neuropathic pain, depression, and anxiety, while supporting nerve health.

Management of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and other neuropathic pain

Dosage:
