Uses:
Istavel D 10/100 Tablet is used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps in:

• Controlling high blood sugar levels

• Reducing glucose reabsorption in kidneys (Dapagliflozin effect)

• Stimulating insulin release from the pancreas in response to meals (Sitagliptin effect)

• Supporting overall glycemic control when diet, exercise, and other medications are insufficient

• Reducing the risk of diabetes-related complications

Dosage:
The usual recommended dose is one tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor. Dosage may be adjusted based on blood sugar levels, kidney function, and patient response.

How to Use:
Take the tablet orally with water, preferably with meals to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.
