Metosartan CH 50 Tablet ER is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains three active components that work together for better blood pressure control:

Telmisartan (40mg): An angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels and lowers pressure.
Metoprolol Succinate (50mg): A beta-blocker that slows the heart rate and reduces strain on the heart.
Chlorthalidone (12.5mg): A diuretic (water pill) that helps remove extra salt and water from the body.
