Olmetrack H 40 Tablet combines Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB), with Hydrochlorothiazide, a thiazide diuretic, for effective blood pressure control. This combination is especially useful for patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with a single drug, providing both vascular relaxation and reduced blood volume.

How It Works:
