Uses:
Azulix DM 10/2/500 Tablet ER is used for Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is a combination of:

• Dapagliflozin (10mg): promotes glucose excretion through urine.

• Glimepiride (2mg): stimulates insulin release from the pancreas.

• Metformin (500mg): decreases liver glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity.

This triple action helps manage blood sugar when single or dual therapy is insufficient.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by the doctor.

• Take with meals to reduce stomach upset and minimize hypoglycemia risk.

• Dose may be adjusted based on blood sugar and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew (ER = extended release).
