Azulix DM 10/1/1000 Tablet

Description

Uses:
Azulix DM 10/1/1000 Tablet is used for Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three mechanisms:

• Dapagliflozin (10mg): promotes glucose excretion via urine.

• Glimepiride (1mg): stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas.

• Metformin (1000mg): decreases liver glucose production and improves insulin sensitivity.

This combination is helpful when single or dual therapy does not sufficiently control blood sugar.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by your doctor.

• Take with food to reduce stomach upset and minimize risk of low blood sugar.

• Dose may need adjustment based on blood sugar levels and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Maintain consistent meal timings.

• Continue diet control and exercise for best results.

Precautions:

• Regularly monitor blood sugar.

• Avoid dehydration due to increased urination from Dapagliflozin.

• Avoid alcohol; increases risk of hypoglycemia and dehydration.

• Inform your doctor of kidney or liver issues.

• Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed.
