Uses:
Azulix MV 2/0.2 Tablet SR is used for Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines:

• Glimepiride (2mg): increases insulin secretion from the pancreas.

• Metformin (500mg): decreases liver glucose production and enhances insulin sensitivity.

• Voglibose (0.2mg): delays intestinal glucose absorption to control post-meal blood sugar spikes.

This triple combination is prescribed when single or dual therapy is insufficient to control blood sugar.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as directed by your doctor.

• Take before meals for optimal effect.

• Dose may be adjusted based on blood sugar readings and kidney function.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew (SR = sustained release).
