Dosage & How to Use

Usually taken once weekly or as advised by the doctor.

Can be taken with food, preferably a meal containing some fat for better absorption.

Swallow the capsule whole; do not chew or crush.

Follow your doctor’s recommended duration, usually 6–8 weeks then maintenance dose if needed.
Precautions

Avoid overdose; excessive Vitamin D can cause high calcium levels.

Inform your doctor if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, high calcium levels, or sarcoidosis.
