Olkem 20 AM Tablet is prescribed for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure), especially when a single medicine does not adequately control blood pressure. Proper control helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and kidney damage.
How it Works:

Olmesartan Medoxomil is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels by blocking angiotensin II.

Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker that widens blood vessels by reducing calcium entry into the vessel walls.
Together, they provide better and long-lasting blood pressure control.
Dosage:
Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor, usually once daily.
How to Use:
Swallow the tablet whole with water. It can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time every day.
