Alcinac Spas Tablet is a combination medicine primarily used in the treatment of abdominal pain, cramps, and associated gastrointestinal discomfort. It is also beneficial for menstrual cramps, irritable bowel syndrome, renal colic, gallstone pain, and other causes of smooth muscle spasm.
How it Works / Key Benefits:

Drotaverine: An anti-spasmodic agent that relaxes smooth muscle in the stomach and intestines, relieving cramps, contractions, and spasms.

Aceclofenac: A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks chemical messengers (prostaglandins) responsible for pain and inflammation.
Indications:
