CLOPINOX-A 150 Tablet provides dual antiplatelet therapy for high-risk individuals to reduce the likelihood of heart attack, stroke, or other vascular events.
Dosage & Administration

Usual adult dose: 1 tablet daily (clopidogrel 75 mg + aspirin 150 mg), taken at the same time each day, preferably after food to minimize stomach irritation and improve tolerability.

Administration tips: Swallow whole with water; do not chew, split, or crush.

Stick to the prescribed schedule; do not stop without medical advice—even short interruption can increase clotting risk.

Safety & Side Effects

Common: Stomach upset, acidity, easy bruising, nosebleeds, diarrhea, indigestion, headache.

Serious/rare: Black stools, blood in vomit/urine, severe or persistent bleeding, allergic reaction. Promptly inform the doctor if these occur.

Precaution: Avoid in peptic ulcer disease, active bleeding, severe kidney/liver disease, or allergy to aspirin/clopidogrel.

May interact with other anticoagulants, painkillers, and some psychiatric/acid-suppressing medications.
