Olmesar H 12.5mg/20mg Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). It combines two active ingredients — Olmesartan Medoxomil, which relaxes and widens blood vessels, and Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic that helps remove excess salt and water from the body.
