Description

Atchol Gold 20 Capsule is a triple-action cardiovascular combination that includes:

• Aspirin (75mg) – an antiplatelet agent that prevents blood clot formation, reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke.

• Atorvastatin (20mg) – a statin that lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing HDL cholesterol, helping prevent atherosclerosis.

• Clopidogrel (75mg) – an antiplatelet agent that inhibits platelet aggregation, further reducing the risk of thrombotic events.

This higher-strength combination is prescribed for patients at very high cardiovascular risk, including those with coronary artery disease, prior heart attack, stroke, or post-stent placement.
