Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide: A cough suppressant that acts on the brain to reduce the urge to cough, useful in dry (non-productive) cough.
Chlorpheniramine Maleate: An antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and throat irritation.
