Airtec FB 200 Instacap

Description

Airtec FB 200 Instacap is a combination bronchodilator and corticosteroid used for the long-term management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).

• Formoterol is a long-acting beta-2 agonist (LABA) that relaxes airway muscles to improve airflow.

• Budesonide is an inhaled corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and swelling.
  This combination provides enhanced symptom control, reduces exacerbations, and improves lung function in patients requiring higher anti-inflammatory therapy.

Uses / Indications:

• Maintenance treatment of moderate to severe bronchial asthma

• Management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

• Prevention of wheeze, breathlessness, and airway inflammation

Dosage:

• Use as prescribed by a healthcare professional

• Usually inhaled via a capsule device (nebulizer or inhaler) once or twice daily depending on severity

• Not intended for rescue of acute bronchospasm

Side Effects:

• Oral thrush or hoarseness

• Tremors or palpitations

• Headache

• Rare allergic reactions

Precautions:

• Rinse mouth after inhalation to prevent fungal infections

• Use with caution in patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, or thyroid disorders

• Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless advised by a doctor

• Inform your doctor about all other medications being taken
