Ambrodil-LX Drop

Description

Ambrodil-LX Drop is a combination medicine used to treat productive cough with chest congestion in infants and children. It works through three actions:

• Ambroxol – a mucolytic agent that thins and loosens mucus in the airways.

• Levosalbutamol – a bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles, making breathing easier.

• Guaifenesin – an expectorant that helps in expelling mucus from the lungs and airways.

This combination provides relief from cough, eases breathing, and clears mucus effectively.

Uses

• Relief from wet/productive cough with phlegm

• Treatment of bronchitis and asthma with mucus congestion

• Supportive therapy in respiratory tract infections (cold, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia)

Side Effects

Common side effects may include:

Precautions
