Description
Aprezo 20 Tablet contains Apremilast, a phosphodiesterase-4 (PDE4) inhibitor that lowers the activity of inflammatory enzymes in the body. It is part of the dose titration regimen for the treatment of plaque psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. By reducing inflammation, it improves skin lesions and helps relieve symptoms such as joint pain, swelling, and stiffness. This strength (20mg) is usually used during the dose escalation phase before reaching the full maintenance dose of 30mg.

Dosage
