Description

Atchol-ASP 10mg/150mg Capsule is a cardiovascular combination medicine that contains:

• Atorvastatin (10mg) – a statin that lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing HDL cholesterol, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease.

• Aspirin (150mg) – an antiplatelet agent that prevents blood clot formation, reducing the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other thrombotic events.

This combination is used in patients at high cardiovascular risk, particularly those with elevated cholesterol and a history of cardiovascular events.

Uses

• Lowers LDL cholesterol and improves overall lipid profile

• Prevents blood clots, heart attacks, and strokes

• Reduces risk of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease

• Used in secondary prevention post-heart attack, post-stent placement, or in high-risk dyslipidemic patients

Side Effects

Common side effects:
