Atchol-ASP Capsule is a combination cardiovascular medicine that combines:

  • Atorvastatin (10mg) – a statin that lowers LDL cholesterol and triglycerides while increasing HDL cholesterol, reducing the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiovascular events.

  • Aspirin (75mg) – an antiplatelet agent that prevents blood clot formation, lowering the risk of heart attack and stroke in high-risk patients.

This combination is used for primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases, especially in patients with high cholesterol and increased thrombotic risk.
