Description

Uses

• Treats iron deficiency anemia and anemia due to poor diet, pregnancy, or heavy periods.

• Helps improve hemoglobin levels and reduces tiredness, weakness, and fatigue.

• Supports healthy red blood cell production due to Vitamin B12 and folic acid.

• Useful in pregnancy to prevent anemia and support fetal growth (only on doctor’s advice).

Dosage

• Usually one capsule daily, or as prescribed by your doctor.

• Take after food to reduce stomach discomfort.

• Swallow whole with water; do not chew or crush.

How to Use

• Take at the same time every day for best results.

• Avoid taking with milk, tea, or coffee as they reduce iron absorption.

• Vitamin C-rich foods (like oranges) may help improve absorption.

Precautions

• Not recommended if you have iron overload disorders (e.g., hemochromatosis).

• Tell your doctor if you have:

  • Stomach ulcers

  • Liver disease

  • Kidney problems
