Uses:
Azulix SM 50mg/1mg/1000mg Tablet IR is used to manage Type 2 diabetes mellitus. It combines three actions:

• Sitagliptin (50mg): enhances the body’s incretin system to increase insulin release and reduce glucagon levels after meals.

• Glimepiride (1mg): stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas.

• Metformin (1000mg): decreases glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.

This combination is useful when single or dual therapy is insufficient for blood sugar control.

Dosage:

• Usually 1 tablet once daily, or as prescribed by the doctor.

• Take with meals to minimize stomach upset and risk of low blood sugar.

How to Use:

• Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not crush or chew (IR = immediate release).

• Maintain consistent meal timing.

• Follow a proper diet and exercise routine for optimal results.

Precautions:
