Description
Uses:
Betnesol-N Eye/Ear Drops are used for:

Inflammation of the eyes or ears

Bacterial infections in the eyes or ears
-
Allergic reactions affecting the eyes or ears
This combination contains:

Betamethasone (0.1% w/v): a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and immune response

Neomycin (0.5% w/v): an antibiotic that fights bacterial infections
Dosage:
-
Use as prescribed by the doctor.

Usually a few drops 2–3 times daily depending on the severity.
How to Use:

Wash hands before application.
-
For eye drops: tilt head back, pull lower eyelid, instill drops, close eyes gently.

For ear drops: tilt head with affected ear up, instill drops, keep head tilted for a few minutes.

Avoid touching the dropper tip to eyes or ears to prevent contamination.
Precautions:

Avoid prolonged use; may increase risk of infection.

Do not use if there is a viral or fungal eye/ear infection unless prescribed.

Inform your doctor if you have glaucoma or a perforated eardrum.

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed.
Side Effects:

Mild stinging or burning at application site

Temporary blurred vision (for eye drops)

Rare: allergic reactions, increased intraocular pressure
