Bilacip-M Tablet is a combination medicine used for the management of allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial), asthma, hay fever, and other allergy-related conditions. It contains Bilastine (20 mg), a modern non-sedating antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, thereby reducing symptoms like sneezing, itching, runny nose, and watery eyes. Along with it, Montelukast (10 mg), a leukotriene receptor antagonist, helps in controlling airway inflammation, prevents bronchospasm, and reduces mucus secretion, making it highly effective in asthma and exercise-induced breathing problems.

Side Effects:
May include headache, abdominal pain, drowsiness, fatigue, diarrhea, dizziness, or sore throat. These are usually mild and temporary.

Safety Advice:

• Use cautiously in patients with liver or kidney problems.

• Avoid alcohol and driving if you feel dizzy or drowsy.

• Not recommended for sudden asthma attacks—carry a rescue inhaler.

• Pregnant and breastfeeding women should take only on medical advice.
