Dosage & Administration

Typical dose: 1 tablet once daily (morning preferred), at the same time every day.

Can be taken with or without food. Swallow whole with water—do not break, crush, or chew.

Safety & Side Effects

Headache, dizziness, fatigue, slow heart rate, diarrhea, cold extremities, and occasionally nausea.

Caution: Not suitable for severe asthma, slow heart rate, severe heart or kidney disease, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Avoid abrupt withdrawal—may cause a spike in blood pressure or worsening of underlying condition.
