Description

Bisotril-5 T Tablet is a fixed-dose combination used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and in patients who need dual-mechanism heart and vascular protection.

How it Works / Key Benefits

• Bisoprolol: A selective beta-1 blocker that lowers heart rate and reduces the force of heart contraction, reducing blood pressure and heart workload.

• Telmisartan: An angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that promotes vasodilation and reduces vascular resistance, further reducing blood pressure.

• The combination provides comprehensive blood pressure control and is often prescribed when monotherapy doesn’t sufficiently control hypertension.

Dosage & Administration

• Common: Tiredness, slow heart rate, dizziness, cold extremities, diarrhea, nausea.
