BRM T Eye Drop

Description

BRM T Eye Drop is a combination antiglaucoma medication used to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients with glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

• Timolol is a beta-blocker that reduces aqueous humor production in the eye.

• Brimonidine is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that decreases aqueous humor production and increases uveoscleral outflow.
  Together, they provide enhanced IOP reduction compared to monotherapy.

Uses / Indications:

• Management of open-angle glaucoma

• Treatment of ocular hypertension

• Helps prevent optic nerve damage and loss of vision due to high intraocular pressure

Dosage:

• Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) twice daily or as directed by a healthcare professional

• Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface to avoid contamination

Side Effects:

• Eye irritation, burning, or stinging

• Blurred vision

• Dry mouth or mild fatigue

• Rare allergic reactions

Precautions:

• Avoid in patients with severe asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or heart block

• Remove contact lenses before application

• Inform your doctor about all other medications being used

Storage:

• Store in a cool, dry place away from light

• Keep out of reach of children

• Do not use after the expiry date
